Village of Lone Rock Plan Commission Resolu�on #2024-01
Approving Tax Increment District No. 3
Project Plan and Boundary
WHEREAS, the Village of Lone Rock Plan Commission has prepared and reviewed a boundary for Tax
Increment District No. 3 (TID No. 3) and a Project Plan for TID No. 3 and finds the Project Plan to be
feasible and conforming to the requirement described in Wis. Stats. 66.1105(4)(f); and
WHEREAS, The Village of Lone Rock Plan Commission has invited the public to review the TID No. 3
Project Plan and Boundary and comment upon such Plan and Boundary at a Public Hearing held on
February 21, 2024, and that Public Hearing was duly no�ced in conformance with Wis. Stats.
66.1105(4)(e)
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, a�er due considera�on, the Village of Lone Rock Plan Commission
hereby approves the Project Plan and Boundary for Tax Increment District No. 3; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Village of Lone Rock hereby submits the Project Plan and Boundary
for TID No. 3 to the Lone Rock Village Board for approval.
This Resolu�on is being adopted by the Village of Lone Rock Plan Commission at a duly scheduled
mee�ng on February 21, 2024.

5. Close Public Hearing for agenda item #4 above.
6. Consideration of Resolution #2024-01, A Resolution Approving Village of Lone Rock Tax
Increment District No. 3 Project Plan and Boundary.
