Commission Members: Millie Rott – Chair; Harry Pulvermacher; Dan Quinn; JR Marshall; Don
Brander; Brad Seymour; absent Elizabeth Gieck
Also in attendance: Esther Marshall, Tammy Christianson, Jeff Lamont
1. Meeting Call to Order at 6:06 PM.
2. Approval of Agenda.
3. Public Hearing on the request of Jeff Lamont for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a
welding and fabrication shop located at 125 W Exchange St., Lone Rock, WI.
4. Harry made a motion to grant, Jeff Lamont a conditional use permit with no conditions at
his property located at 125 W Exchange St, seconded by JR Marshall. Motion carried.
5. Discussion on displaying a sign followed.
6. Harry made a motion to forward this to the village board for approval, seconded by JR
Marshall. Motion carried.
7. Hold Blanco Rubio’s request to rezone property located at 312 E Pearl St., Lone Rock
until it is surveyed.
8. Will move additional State Law changes pertaining to Residential Developments -
information from Alan Harvey when next meeting is set.
9. Adjourned at 6:38 PM.

4. Decision on Jeff Lamont’s request for a conditional use permit property located at 125 W
Exchange St.
5. Recommendation to the Village Board regarding the above request.
6. Approval of Minutes - February 6 and February 21, 2024.
7. Hold Blanco Rubio’s request to rezoning property located at 312 E Pearl St., Lone Rock
until it is surveyed.
8. Review additional State Law changes pertaining to Residential Developments -
information from Alan Harvey.
9. Set date of next meeting.
