Roll Call Present: Dan Quinn - President; Mary Litviak; Steve Morgensen; Harry Pulvermacher; Brandon Bindl; Adam Reno. Also in attendance: Esther Marshall, Eileen Brownlee Join ZOOM Meeting: Pahoua Thao. 2. Approve Agenda A motion was made by Adam Reno to approve the agenda and it was seconded by Steve Morgenson. Motion carried. 3. Closed Session Motion made by Adam Reno and seconded by Harry Pulvermacher to Go into Closed Session per Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1) (g): Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved re: Richland County Case No.: 23-CV-3. Roll call vote – Dan Quinn-yes, Mary Litviak-yes, Steve Morgenson-yes, Harry Pulvermacher-yes, Brandon Bindl-yes, Adam Reno-yes. 4. Re-convene to Open Session Motion made by Adam Reno to re-convene to open session and was seconded by Brandon Bindl.
