Present were Dan Quinn, Harry Pulvermacher, Brandon Bindl; Adam Reno, Corey Ewers; Brad Seymour with Mary Litviak excused. Also in attendance: Esther Marshall; Chris Conner; Cameron Quinn and Jeff Lamont. ZOOM: none Approve Agenda A motion to approve the meeting’s agenda was made by Harry Pulvermacher and seconded by Brandon Bindl, and it passed unanimously with no opposition. Approval of 04/09/2024 Minutes A motion to approve the minutes was made by Harry Pulvermacher and seconded by Brandon Bindl. The motion passed without opposition. Welcome New Trustees – Corey Ewers & Brad Seymour Corey Ewers and Brad Seymour were officially welcomed as new members of the Board. Welcome Back Trustee – Adam Reno Adam Reno was welcomed back to the Board. Plan Commission's Recommendation The Plan Commission recommended approving Jeff Lamont's conditional use permit with no conditions attached. Adam Reno made a motion to accept Jeff Lamont's conditional use permit, seconded by Corey Ewers, with all in favor carrying the motion. Public Works Department – Chris Conner & Cameron Quinn Discussion took place regarding sidewalk work in the park area. Due to potential conflicts with the park’s busy season, Adam Reno made a motion to accept Ingalls’ Concrete bid of $9,500 for the job and to ensure work completion by September 1st, if not sooner. The motion was seconded by Brad Seymour and carried unanimously. Cameron Quinn announced he passed his water test and was licensed, congratulations from all. Upcoming Village or Community Meetings Upcoming meetings were announced, with the Board of Review scheduled for May 15th and the Open Book event on May 1st. It was noted that a meeting will take place on April 25th for the joint review board, and the next board meeting will be on May 14th. Adjourn The meeting adjourned at 7:18 PM.
