ROLL CALL (4:09 PM) Councilmembers Garcia, DeLong, Andrews, Johnson and Austin Present: Councilmembers Lowenthal, O'Donnell, Schipske and Neal Absent: Also present: Amy Bodek, Director of Development Services; Richard Anthony, Deputy City Attorney; Megan Wiegelman, City Clerk Assistant. REGULAR AGENDA (4:10 PM) 1. 14-001SA Recommendation to approve the minutes of the City of Long Beach as the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Long Beach meeting held Tuesday, December 3, 2013. A motion was made by Councilman Andrews, seconded by Councilman Austin, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 5 - Garcia, DeLong, Andrews, Johnson and Austin Absent: 4 - Lowenthal, O'Donnell, Schipske and Neal 2. 14-002SA Recommendation to approve the draft Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule 14-15A, for the period of July 1 through December 31, 2014. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 5 - Garcia, DeLong, Andrews, Johnson and Austin Absent: 4 - Lowenthal, O'Donnell, Schipske and Neal SECOND ROLL CALL (4:17 PM) Councilmembers Garcia, DeLong, O'Donnell, Andrews, Johnson and Austin Present: Councilmembers Lowenthal, Schipske and Neal Absent: 3. 14-003SA Recommendation to approve an amended repayment schedule for the amounts of Property Tax funds (formerly 20 Percent Tax Increment Set-Aside) the former Redevelopment Agency owes to the Low- and Moderate-Income Housing Fund. (Citywide) Gary Shelton spoke. Councilmember DeLong spoke. Amy Bodek, Director of Development Services, spoke. A dialogue ensued between Councilmember DeLong and Amy Bodek, Director of Development Services. Councilmember O'Donnell joined the meeting. A motion was made by Councilman Andrews, seconded by Councilmember DeLong, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 6 - Garcia, DeLong, O'Donnell, Andrews, Johnson and Austin Absent: 3 - Lowenthal, Schipske and Neal NEW BUSINESS (4:20 PM) There was no new business.
