The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 5 - Jann Kronick-Gath, Tyler Leshney, Aaron Tofani, Karen Blair and Matthew Peterson Absent: 2 - Ryan Hofman and David Witzling Note: Chair Peterson left at 8:54AM after Item 1 and Item 4 (out of order). Vice Chair Karen Blair assumed chair at 8:54am. 2. 20-033BS Recommendation to receive and file a financial report for the period ending July 31, 2020. A motion was made by Commissioner Tofani to recommend to City Council to increase parking meter rate to $1.00 per hour, at a 2 hour maximum, and to consider further rate increases following assessment of proposed increase, seconded by Commissioner Leshney, to approve motion.
