Commissioners Tasha Hunter, Kevin McGuan, Alan Burks, Kathleen Irvine and Present: Julianna Roosevelt Commissioners Lourdes Ramos Absent: FLAG SALUTE Commissioner Hunter led the flag salute. MINUTES 20-021CH Recommendation to receive and file the Cultural Heritage Commission minutes of July 28, 2020. A motion was made by Commissioner Burks, seconded by Commissioner Hunter to approve recommendation. ELECTION OF OFFICERS A motion was made by Chair Roosevelt, seconded by Commissioner Burks, to extend Vice Chair Irvine as Vice Chair of the Cultural Heritage Commission for 2020-2021. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 5 - Tasha Hunter, Kevin McGuan, Alan Burks, Kathleen Irvine, Julianna Roosevelt Absent: 1 - Lourdes Ramos A motion was made by Vice Chair Irvine, seconded by Commissioner Hunter, to extend Chair Roosevelt as Chair of the Cultural Heritage Commission for 2020-2021.
