Arnold, Michael W. McCarthy, Jim Thompson and Eric Present: Witten Commissioners Michael Hamilton Absent: SWEARING OF WITNESSES There were no witnesses to be sworn in. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FOR AUGUST 15, 2016 It was moved by Board Member Fitzpatrick and seconded by Board Member Witten to approved the minutes as submitted. Board Member McCarthy abstained. He was not present at the August 15, 2016 meeting.
