Arnold, Present: Charles Whitehead and Ethel Powers Commissioners Michael W. McCarthy Absent: CALL TO ORDER Chairman Thompson opened the meeting at 1:36 p.m. in the Code Enforcement Conference Room. SWEARING OF WITNESSES Chairman Thompson referred to Ordinance No. C-5232, asked for all persons who planned to give testimony, to stand, raise their right hand, and they were sworn in by Elbert Dubose. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FOR DECEMBER 4, 2017 It was moved by Vice-Chairwoman Arnold and seconded by Board Member Witten to approve the minutes as submitted. CASE NO. 7883-02-18: 850 W. HILL STREET; ALVIN LEE DOYLE, OWNER, CE CASE NO. 244611, COUNCIL DIST. 7 ADMINISTRATIVE CITATION APPEAL CASE Chairman Thompson called for the owner or representative to appear before the Board and Alvin Lee Doyle, owner, appeared. It was moved by Board Member Hamilton and seconded by Board Member Powers to conclude the hearing, determine that the appellant is the "Responsible Party" and the cited violations did exist on the date the citation was issued at the property located at 850 W.
