ROLL CALL Chairman James Thompson was present at the meeting. Commissioners Eric Witten, Diane L. Arnold, Charles Whitehead and Ethel Present: Powers Commissioners Michael Hamilton and Michael W. McCarthy Excused: APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES It was moved by Board Member Witten and seconded by Board Member Whitehead to approve the minutes as submitted. 1.
