CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Thompson opened the meeting at 1:32 pm in the Code Enforcement Conference Room.

Chaiman Thompson referred to Ordinance No. 5232, asked for all persons who planned to give
testimony to stand, raise their right hand, and they were sworn in by Elbert DuBose.
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES
1 19-037BE Recommendation to approve the minutes from March 18, 2019.
It was moved by Vice-Chairwoman Arnold and seconded by Board Member
Powers to approve the minutes as submitted. The motion carried unanimously.

ADMINISTRATIVE CITATION APPEAL CASE
On April 15, 2019 the owner contacted city staff to request a continuance. It was
moved by Board Member Witten and Seconded by Board Member Powers to
deny the request for a continuance and deny his appeal. The motion carried
unanimously.
