ROLL CALL Commissioners Steve Gerdes, Ethel Powers, Charles Whitehead, Eric Witten Present: and Diane L. Arnold Commissioners Michael Hamilton and Jim Thompson Excused: SWEARING OF WITNESSES Vice-Chairwoman Arnold referred to Ordinance No. 5232, asked for all persons who planned to give testimony, to stand, raise their right hand, and they were sworn in by Elbert DuBose.
