documents and any needed subsequent amendments with the State of
California, to accept and expend Workforce Innovation and Opportunity
Act (WIOA) funds totaling $4,289,549; and, authorize City Manager, or
designee, to execute agreements and amendments with necessary
WIOA training provider vendors. (Citywide)

Municipal Code by amending Sections 21.15.870; Table 32-1 of
Chapter 21.32, Table 33-2 of Chapter 21.33, and Section 21.45.130;
and by adding Section 21.15.875, all relating to drive-through facilities,
read and adopted as read. (Citywide)
A motion was made by Vice Mayor Andrews, seconded by
Councilmember Pearce, to approve recommendation and adopt
Ordinance No. ORD-19-0016. The motion carried by the

Group in the City Manager Department by $1,663.77 offset by the
Third Council District one-time District Priority Funds transferred from
the General Fund group in the Special Events Department to provide a
contribution to the Friends of Belmont Shore who will be holding a
community concert; and
Decrease appropriations in the General Fund Group in the Special
Events Department by $1,663.77 to offset a transfer to the City
Manager Department.
