A motion was made to approve recommendation on the Consent Calendar. 3. 20-0122 Recommendation to approve the destruction of records for the Technology and Innovation Department; and adopt resolution. Enactment No: RES-20-0023 4. 20-0123 Recommendation to authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents necessary to amend Contract No. 32869 between the City of Long Beach, Tidelands Oil Production Company, and Oil Operators, Inc., for the delivery and receipt of produced water, to extend the term for six years, and maintain the provision to allow for automatic renewal for successive one-year periods, unless any party elects to terminate the contract within 30 days of its expiration. OCEAN BOULEVARD CIVIC CHAMBERS, 5:00 PM A motion was made to approve recommendation on the Consent Calendar. 5. 20-0124 Recommendation to adopt resolution authorizing City Manager, or designee, to execute a contract, including any necessary amendments, with MobilityCloud, Inc., of New York, NY, for the licensing and operation of proprietary backend software for the City of Long Beach BikeShare Program, in an annual amount of $150,000, with a 10 percent contingency in the amount of $15,000, for a total annual contract amount not to exceed $165,000, for a period of three years, with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods, at the discretion of the City Manager. (Citywide) A motion was made to approve recommendation and adopt Resolution No. RES-20-0024 on the Consent Calendar. Enactment No: RES-20-0024 6. 20-0125 Recommendation to authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents necessary to amend Contract No. 34429 with Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc., of Redlands, CA, to provide software licensing, training services, maintenance, and support, to increase the annual contract amount from $200,000 to $285,000 for the first extension term, with a 10 percent contingency in the amount of $28,500 for the second extension term, for a revised annual contract amount of $313,500.
