(Citywide) A motion was made to approve recommendation on the Consent Calendar. 15. 20-1163 Recommendation to authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents necessary to amend Contract No. 33664 with Ferguson US Holdings, Inc., formerly Ferguson Enterprises, Inc., of Pomona, CA, for furnishing and delivering as-needed plumbing supplies, to increase the contract amount by $256,000, for a revised contract amount not to exceed $3,927,500, and extend the term of the contract to June 30, 2021. (Citywide) A motion was made to approve recommendation on the Consent Calendar. 18. 20-1166 Recommendation to authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute an agreement, and all necessary documents including subcontracts, any subsequent amendments including any change to the amount of the grant, with the County of Los Angeles, to accept and expend grant funding in the amount not to exceed $225,000, for Veteran Outreach Services, for a one-year period estimated to begin in December 2020, with the option to extend the agreement for three additional one-year periods at the discretion of the City Manager. (District 5) A motion was made to approve recommendation on the Consent Calendar. 21. 20-1169 Recommendation to authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute any and all documents necessary for an Other Transaction Agreement with the Department of Homeland Security, Transportation Security Administration, Law Enforcement Officer Reimbursement Program, for partial reimbursement of Long Beach Airport costs associated with providing onsite qualified law enforcement services at the Airport passenger screening checkpoint; and Authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute any and all amendments, modifications, and new agreements for Long Beach Airport’s continued participation in the Law Enforcement Officer Reimbursement Program, so long as there are no materially significant modifications or impacts.
