A motion was made to approve recommendation on the Consent Calendar. 2. 21-0302 Recommendation to confirm City Manager’s promulgation of the revised Safer at Home Health Order, issued on March 31, 2021, by the City of Long Beach Health Officer as a regulation. (Citywide) A motion was made to approve recommendation on the Consent Calendar. 3. 21-0303 Recommendation to authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents necessary for the First Amendment to Lease No. 33971 with West 15th LLC, for warehouse space at 600 West 15th Street, for the continued operation of the Long Beach Police Department’s property and evidence storage, to extend the term to September 30, 2021. (District 5) A motion was made to approve recommendation on the Consent Calendar. 5. 21-0305 Recommendation to authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents necessary to enter into a Non-Federal Reimbursable Agreement with the Federal Aviation Administration, in an amount not to exceed $140,601, to provide the shutdown and restoration of technical operations support for Taxiway L Airfield improvements at the Long Beach Airport. (District 5) A motion was made to approve recommendation on the Consent Calendar. 6. 21-0306 Recommendation to find that all requirements of the final subdivision map to consolidate fifteen lots into two lots, separated by De Forest Avenue, for the future Long Beach Municipal Urban Stormwater Treatment (LB-MUST) facility at 901 De Forest Avenue, in the Light Industrial (IL) zoning district, have been met; approve the final map for Tract No. 82940, at the intersection of West Chester Place and De Forest Avenue; and Determine the project is within the scope of the project previously analyzed as part of the LB-MUST facility project Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) (State Clearinghouse No. 2017071068) and warrant no further environmental review pursuant to CEQA Guidelines 15162. This Agenda Item was withdrawn. 12. 21-0313 Recommendation to increase appropriations in the General Fund Group in the City Manager Department by $300, offset by Second Council District One-time District Priority Funds transferred from the Citywide Activities Department to provide support for the 2020 Giving Heart Tree Celebration through payments to Alyssandra Nighswonger ($150) and Shy But Flyy ($150) for performances; and Decrease appropriations in the General Fund Group in the Citywide Activities Department by $300 to offset a transfer to the City Manager Department.
