CONTINUED ITEM 1. 15-037CH Recommendation to approve a modification to a previously granted Certificate of Approriateness, Case Number HP13-0068, for exterior building improvements and the restoration of columns, pressed metal decorative building features and paint removal to expose original terra cotta tiles on an existing historic landmark building at 201 Pine Avenue.
