MINUTES 17-002CH Recommendation to receive and file the Cultural Heritage Commission minutes of December 12, 2016. A motion was made by Commissioner van Dijs, seconded by Commissioner Roosevelt, to approve recommendation. REGULAR AGENDA (1) 1 17-001CH Recommendation to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness request for the construction of a 318-square-foot addition to the rear of a one-story traditional style residence located at 2435 1st Street. The property is a contributing structure within the Bluff Heights Historic District. (District 3) Christopher Koontz, introduced Nick Vasuthasawat, Project Planner, who presented the staff report.
