Commission minutes of January 9, 2017.
A motion was made by Vice Chair Highberger, seconded by
Commissioner Roosevelt, to approve recommendation. The

and commercial building, located at 3303-3305 E. 4th Street within
the Rose Park South Historic District. (District 2)

request for the construction of a 328-square-foot addition to the rear
of an existing single-family dwelling located at 3650 Cerritos
Avenue. The property is a contributing structure located within the
boundaries of the California Heights Historic District. (District 7)

request for the construction of a 644-square-foot addition to the rear
of an existing single-family dwelling, remove 13-square feet from
the existing single-car garage and construct a 90-square-foot
accessory structure attached to the rear of the garage located at
3815 Wilton Street. The property is a contributing structure located
within the Wilton Street Historic District. (District 4)

A motion was made by Vice Chair Highberger, seconded by
Commissioner Smith, to approve recommendation with the
additional condition that the trim and garage door opening be
increased in size and scale to mimic the house, rafter tails be
added to the roof line, and garage door be taken back to staff for
approval. The motion carried by the following vote:
