OCEAN BLVD, 5:30 PM OLD BUSINESS 1 18-025CH Recommendation to receive and file the Historic Structures Report for the Parsonage historic landmark building for a previously approved Certificate of Appropriateness request to relocate, repair, and restore the building from its current location at 640 Pacific Avenue to a new location at 326 W. 10th Street, which is located within the Drake Park/Willmore City Historic District.
