Chair Burks called the meeting to order at 5:05 p.m.

A motion was made by Commissioner Smith, seconded by
Commissioner Hunter, to received and filed. The motion carried

Christopher Koontz, Planning Bureau Manager presented the Director's Report.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: Members of the public are invited to address the Board on
items of interest to the public within the Agency Board jurisdiction. Each speaker will be
limited to two minutes unless that time is extended by the Chair.

19-005CH Recommendation to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness for the
demolition and rebuild of a detached 332 square-foot single-car
garage, due to disrepair and structural safety issues. The rebuilt
garage will have the same size and location as the original structure
and raised in height from 9-feet 4-inches to 11-feet 6-inches. The
structure is located at 1634 Grand Avenue, within the Wilton Street
Historic District and the Two-family Residential Standard Lot (R-2-N)
zoning district. (District 4)
