ROLL CALL Also present: Patricia Diefenderfer, Advance Planning Officer; Erin Weesner-McKinley, Deputy City Attorney; Alejandro Plascencia, Project Planner; Jonathan Iniesta, Planner; Heather Flores, Clerk. Commissioners Kevin McGuan, Lourdes Ramos, Alan Burks, Kathleen Irvine and Present: Julianna Roosevelt Commissioners Tasha Hunter Absent: FLAG SALUTE Commissioner Burks led the flag salute. DIRECTOR'S REPORT Alejandro Plascencia, Project Planner, presented the Director's Report. MINUTES 20-031CH Recommendation to receive and file the Cultural Heritage Commission minutes of September 29, 2020. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 5 - Kevin McGuan, Lourdes Ramos, Alan Burks, Kathleen Irvine and Julianna Roosevelt Absent: 1 - Tasha Hunter SWEARING OF WITNESSES REGULAR AGENDA 1. 20-032CH Recommendation to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness to install an aluminum marquee to replicate the original historic marquee that would extend over the building entry on the Broadway building street side on property located at 201 - 209 Pine Avenue in the Downtown Plan Area (PD-30) Zoning District.
