REGULAR AGENDA (4:38 PM) 1. 13-0976 Recommendation to approve the minutes of the Housing Authority of the City of Long Beach, California Regular Meeting held Tuesday, October 8, 2013. A motion was made by Commissioner Johnson, seconded by Commissioner Austin, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 8 - DeLong, O'Donnell, Andrews, Johnson, Austin, Neal, Tanzer and Lowenthal Absent: 2 - Schipske and Garcia see media 3. 13-0978 Recommendation to adopt resolution amending Chapter 6, Section E, of the Housing Authority Administrative Plan entitled "Factors Related to Total Payment Determination," relative to providing for a minimum monthly rent of $50.
