A motion was made by Commissioner Austin, seconded by Commissioner Neal, to approve recommendation. (Citywide) A motion was made by Commissioner Austin, seconded by Commissioner Andrews, to approve recommendation. (Citywide) Darnisa Tyler, Deputy Executive Director, presented the staff report. A motion was made by Commissioner Andrews, seconded by Commissioner O'Donnell, to approve recommendation.
