A motion was made by Commissioner O'Donnell, seconded by Commissioner Andrews, to approve recommendation. (Citywide) A motion was made by Commissioner Andrews, seconded by Commissioner Austin, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 7 - DeLong, O'Donnell, Andrews, Johnson, Austin, Tanzer and Garcia Absent: 3 - Schipske, Neal and Lowenthal see media 3. 14-0102 Recommendation to adopt Specifications No. RFP HE14-021 and award a contract to Casterline Associates, P.C., of Valley Forge, PA (not an MBE, WBE, SBE or Local), for comprehensive accounting services, in the amount of $110,161, for a period of one year, with two one-year renewal options of $111,795 and $113,429, respectively, plus an annual ten percent contingency for a total amount not to exceed $121,177 in the first year; $122,975 in the second year; and $124,772 in the third year. (Citywide) A motion was made by Commissioner Andrews, seconded by Commissioner O'Donnell, to approve recommendation. (Citywide) Darnisa Tyler, Deputy Executive Director, presented the staff report; and introduced Alison Whyte-King, Housing Assistance Officer, who presented the awards to the 2013 Family Self-Sufficiency Graduates.
