In the absence of the Chair and Vice Chair, Councilmember DeLong called the
meeting to order at 4:42 PM.

1. 14-0334 Recommendation to approve the minutes of the Housing Authority
of the City of Long Beach, California Special Meeting held Tuesday,
April 15, 2014.
A motion was made by Commissioner Andrews, seconded by
Commissioner O'Donnell, to approve recommendation. The
motion carried by the following vote:
Yes: 6 - DeLong, O'Donnell, Andrews, Austin, Neal and Tanzer

and Operational Performance Report for February 2014. (Citywide)
Darnisa Tyler, Deputy Executive Director, presented the staff report.
A motion was made by Commissioner Andrews, seconded by
Commissioner Austin, to approve recommendation. The motion
carried by the following vote:
Yes: 6 - DeLong, O'Donnell, Andrews, Austin, Neal and Tanzer
Absent: 4 - Schipske, Johnson, Lowenthal and Garcia

There was no new business.
