At 5:14 PM, Chair Lowenthal called the meeting to order.

REGULAR AGENDA (5:14 PM)
1. 14-0967 Recommendation to approve the minutes of the Housing Authority
of the City of Long Beach, California Special Meeting held Tuesday,
October 7, 2014.
A motion was made by Vice Chair Andrews, seconded by
Commissioner Richardson, to approve recommendation. The
motion carried by the following vote:
Yes: 7 - Price, Mungo, Austin, Richardson, Vacant, Tanzer, Andrews
and Lowenthal
Absent: 3 - Gonzalez, O'Donnell and Uranga

2. 14-0968 Recommendation to receive and file the Notice of Adjournment for
the November 11, 2014 Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority
of the City of Long Beach, California.
A motion was made by Vice Chair Andrews, seconded by
Commissioner Richardson, to approve recommendation. The
motion carried by the following vote:
Yes: 7 - Price, Mungo, Austin, Richardson, Vacant, Tanzer, Andrews
and Lowenthal
Absent: 3 - Gonzalez, O'Donnell and Uranga
3. 14-0969 Recommendation to receive and file the Housing Authority Financial
and Operational Performance Report for August 2014. (Citywide)
Darnisa Tyler, Deputy Executive Director, presented the staff report.
A motion was made by Commissioner Mungo, seconded by
Commissioner Austin, to approve recommendation. The motion
carried by the following vote:
Yes: 7 - Price, Mungo, Austin, Richardson, Vacant, Tanzer, Andrews
and Lowenthal
Absent: 3 - Gonzalez, O'Donnell and Uranga

There was no new business.
