At 7:14 PM, Chair Lowenthal called the meeting to order.

1. 14-0807 Recommendation to approve the minutes of the Housing Authority
of the City of Long Beach, California Regular Meeting held
Tuesday, August 12, 2014.
A motion was made by Vice Chair Andrews, seconded by
Commissioner Richardson, to approve recommendation. The
motion carried by the following vote:
Yes: 7 - Gonzalez, Price, Mungo, Austin, Richardson, Vacant,
Andrews and Lowenthal
Absent: 2 - O'Donnell and Uranga

the September 9, 2014 Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of
the City of Long Beach, California.
A motion was made by Vice Chair Andrews, seconded by
Commissioner Austin, to approve recommendation. The motion
carried by the following vote:
Yes: 7 - Gonzalez, Price, Mungo, Austin, Richardson, Vacant,
Andrews and Lowenthal
Absent: 2 - O'Donnell and Uranga
3. 14-0809 Recommendation to receive and file the Housing Authority Financial
and Operational Performance Report for June 2014. (Citywide)
Darnisa Tyler, Deputy Executive Director, spoke.
A motion was made by Vice Chair Andrews, seconded by
Commissioner Austin, to approve recommendation. The motion
carried by the following vote:
Yes: 7 - Gonzalez, Price, Mungo, Austin, Richardson, Vacant,
Andrews and Lowenthal
Absent: 2 - O'Donnell and Uranga
4. 14-0810 Recommendation to receive and file the Housing Authority Financial
and Operational Performance Report for July 2014. (Citywide)

Chair Andrews, to approve recommendation. The motion carried
