(Citywide) A motion was made by Commissioner Gonzalez, seconded by Commissioner Uranga, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 8 - Gonzalez, Mungo, Uranga, Austin, Richardson, Andrews, Lowenthal and Tanzer Absent: 1 - Price 6. 15-0071 Recommendation to authorize the execution of all documents necessary for the Third Amendment to Lease No. 26572 between Craig A. MacPherson and Stuart S. MacPherson, as individuals, and the Housing Authority of the City of Long Beach for 12 parking spaces located at 523 East Fourth Street, for continued occupancy by the Housing Authority. (Citywide) A motion was made by Vice Chair Andrews, seconded by Commissioner Uranga, to approve recommendation.
