A motion was made by Commissioner Richardson, seconded by Commissioner Gonzalez, to approve recommendation. A motion was made by Commissioner Austin, seconded by Commissioner Richardson, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 9 - Gonzalez, Price, Supernaw, Uranga, Austin, Richardson, Andrews, Lowenthal and Tanzer Absent: 1 - Mungo 3. 15-0503 Recommendation to receive and file the Housing Authority Financial and Operational Performance Report for March 2015. (Citywide) A motion was made by Commissioner Richardson, seconded by Commissioner Austin, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 10 - Gonzalez, Price, Supernaw, Mungo, Uranga, Austin, Richardson, Andrews, Lowenthal and Tanzer 4. 15-0504 Recommendation to adopt revised Standard Utility Allowance Schedules; and Adopt revised Energy Efficiency-Based Utility Allowance Schedules for New Construction Projects. (Citywide) Darnisa Tyler, Deputy Executive Director, presented the staff report. A motion was made by Commissioner Uranga, seconded by Commissioner Price, to approve recommendation.
