REGULAR AGENDA (4:38 PM) 1. 15-1158 Recommendation to approve the minutes of the Housing Authority of the City of Long Beach, California Regular Meeting held October 13, 2015. A motion was made by Commissioner Mungo, seconded by Commissioner Richardson, to approve recommendation. (Citywide) Darnisa Tyler, Deputy Executive Director, presented the staff report. Shirley Broussard spoke. A motion was made by Commissioner Richardson, seconded by Commissioner Supernaw, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 7 - Supernaw, Mungo, Uranga, Austin, Richardson, Andrews and Tanzer Absent: 3 - Gonzalez, Price and Lowenthal 3. 15-1160 Recommendation to adopt resolution of the Housing Authority of the City of Long Beach, California, approving a revised voucher Payment Standard Schedule for the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program, effective November 11, 2015, for all zip code areas in Long Beach. (Citywide) Darnisa Tyler, Deputy Executive Director, presented the staff report. Shirley Broussard spoke. A motion was made by Commissioner Richardson, seconded by Commissioner Uranga, to approve recommendation and adopt Resolution No. H.A. 04-15.
