At 4:30 PM, Vice Chair Andrews called the meeting to order.

1. 16-0050 Recommendation to approve the minutes of the Housing Authority
of the City of Long Beach, California Regular Meeting held
December 8, 2015.
A motion was made by Commissioner Price, seconded by Chair
Lowenthal, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by
the following vote:

2. 16-0051 Recommendation to receive and file the Housing Authority Financial
and Operational Performance Report for October 2015. (Citywide)
A motion was made by Commissioner Price, seconded by
Commissioner Gonzalez, to approve recommendation. The
motion carried by the following vote:
Yes: 9 - Gonzalez, Price, Supernaw, Mungo, Uranga, Austin,
Andrews, Lowenthal and Tanzer
Absent: 1 - Richardson
NEW BUSINESS (4:32 PM)
3. 16-0070 Recommendation to authorize the refund of prior-year grant funds
to the Los Angeles Housing and Community Investment
Department in the amount of $13,698. (Citywide)
A motion was made by Commissioner Gonzalez, seconded by
Commissioner Uranga, to approve recommendation. The motion
carried by the following vote:
Yes: 9 - Gonzalez, Price, Supernaw, Mungo, Uranga, Austin,
Andrews, Lowenthal and Tanzer
Absent: 1 - Richardson
