A motion was made by Commissioner Pearce, seconded by
Commissioner Mungo, to approve recommendation. The motion
carried by the following vote:
Yes: 7 - Pearce, Mungo, Uranga, Austin, Richardson, Tanzer and
Hudson
Absent: 4 - Gonzalez, Price, Supernaw and Andrews
2. 17-0520 Recommendation to receive and file the Housing Authority Financial
and Operational Performance Report for April 2017. (Citywide)
Alison King, Deputy Executive Director, presented the staff report.
A motion was made by Commissioner Mungo, seconded by
Commissioner Pearce, to approve recommendation. The motion
carried by the following vote:
Yes: 7 - Pearce, Mungo, Uranga, Austin, Richardson, Tanzer and
Hudson
Absent: 4 - Gonzalez, Price, Supernaw and Andrews
3. 17-0521 Recommendation to conduct a public hearing to review the
proposed revision of the Annual Plan (2018), receive supporting
documentation into the record, conclude the hearing, adopt
resolution to certify the revised Annual Plan, and authorize Deputy
Executive Director to transmit them to the Department of Housing
and Urban Development. (Citywide)
Alison King, Deputy Executive Director, presented the staff report.
A motion was made by Commissioner Pearce, seconded by Chair
Richardson, to approve recommendation and adopt Resolution
No. H.A. 03-17. The motion carried by the following vote:
Yes: 8 - Pearce, Supernaw, Mungo, Uranga, Austin, Richardson,
Tanzer and Hudson
Absent: 3 - Gonzalez, Price and Andrews
