the City of Long Beach, California Regular Meeting held Tuesday, July

A motion was made by Commissioner Price, seconded by
Commissioner Pearce, to approve recommendation. The
motion carried by the following vote:
Yes: 9 - Gonzalez, Pearce, Price, Mungo, Uranga, Austin,
Richardson, Tanzer and Hudson
Absent: 2 - Supernaw and Andrews
2. 17-0662 Recommendation to receive and file the Housing Authority Financial
and Operational Performance Report for May 2017. (Citywide)
A motion was made by Commissioner Austin, seconded by
Commissioner Mungo, to approve recommendation. The
motion carried by the following vote:
Yes: 9 - Gonzalez, Pearce, Price, Mungo, Uranga, Austin,
Richardson, Tanzer and Hudson
Absent: 2 - Supernaw and Andrews
3. 17-0663 Recommendation to authorize the execution of all documents
necessary for a lease with Covenant Presbyterian Church, a California
nonprofit corporation, for 20 parking spaces located northerly adjacent
to 607 East Third Street for use as staff parking by the Housing
Authority. (District 1)
Councilwoman Gonzalez spoke.
Teresa Chandler, Manager, Human Services Bureau, presented staff report.
A motion was made by Commissioner Gonzalez, seconded by
Commissioner Pearce, to approve recommendation. The
motion carried by the following vote:

Richardson, Tanzer and Hudson
Absent: 2 - Supernaw and Andrews
4. 17-0664 Recommendation to authorize the execution of all documents
necessary for a space lease agreement between Dignity Health, a

Atlantic Avenue, Suite 1016, within the St. Mary’s Medical Center.

A motion was made by Commissioner Mungo, seconded by
Commissioner Price, to approve recommendation. The motion
carried by the following vote:
Yes: 9 - Gonzalez, Pearce, Price, Mungo, Uranga, Austin,
Richardson, Tanzer and Hudson
Absent: 2 - Supernaw and Andrews
