A motion was made by Commissioner Price, seconded by
Commissioner Uranga, to approve recommendation. The
motion carried by the following vote:
Yes: 8 - Price, Supernaw, Mungo, Uranga, Andrews, Richardson,
Tanzer and Hudson
Absent: 3 - Gonzalez, Pearce and Austin
2. 17-0792 Recommendation to receive and file the Housing Authority Financial
and Operational Performance Report for June 2017. (Citywide)
A motion was made by Commissioner Price, seconded by
Commissioner Mungo, to approve recommendation. The
motion carried by the following vote:
Yes: 10 - Pearce, Price, Supernaw, Mungo, Uranga, Austin, Andrews,
Richardson, Tanzer and Hudson
Absent: 1 - Gonzalez
3. 17-0793 Recommendation to adopt Specifications No. RFP HE17-050 and
award a contract to Casterline Associates, P.C., of Valley Forge, PA,
for comprehensive accounting services, in the amount of $224,434,
authorize a 10 percent contingency in the amount of $22,444, for a
total contract amount not to exceed $246,878, for a period of two
years, with a one-year renewal option in the amount of $114,500.
(Citywide)
A motion was made by Vice Chair Andrews, seconded by
Commissioner Mungo, to approve recommendation. The
motion carried by the following vote:
Yes: 10 - Pearce, Price, Supernaw, Mungo, Uranga, Austin, Andrews,
Richardson, Tanzer and Hudson
Absent: 1 - Gonzalez
