At 4:55 PM, Chair Richardson called the meeting to order.

1. 17-0895 Recommendation to approve the minutes of the Housing Authority of
the City of Long Beach, California Regular Meeting held Tuesday,
September 12, 2017.
A motion was made by Chair Richardson, seconded by Vice
Chair Andrews, to approve recommendation. The motion
carried by the following vote:

2. 17-0896 Recommendation to receive and file the Housing Authority Financial
and Operational Performance Report for July 2017. (Citywide)
Councilwoman Mungo joined the meeting.
A motion was made by Commissioner Austin, seconded by
Chair Richardson, to approve recommendation. The motion
carried by the following vote:
Yes: 10 - Gonzalez, Price, Supernaw, Mungo, Uranga, Austin,
Andrews, Richardson, Hudson and Tanzer
Absent: 1 - Pearce

There was no new business.
