The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 7 - Gonzalez, Pearce, Supernaw, Austin, Hudson, Andrews and Tanzer Absent: 4 - Price, Mungo, Uranga and Richardson 2. 18-0485 Recommendation to receive and file the Housing Authority Financial and Operational Performance Report for March 2018. (Citywide) Councilwoman Mungo, Councilmember Uranga and Chair Richardson joined the meeting. Rajaa Hammoud spoke. Councilwoman Gonzalez spoke. A motion was made by Commissioner Pearce, seconded by Commissioner Gonzalez, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 10 - Gonzalez, Pearce, Supernaw, Mungo, Uranga, Austin, Hudson, Andrews, Richardson and Tanzer Absent: 1 - Price 3. 18-0486 Recommendation to authorize the Executive Director to execute an Assignment of Consent to the existing agreement (No. 34756), for the conveyance, transfer and assignment by Casterline Associates, P.C. to BDO USA, LLP, of all Casterline Associates, P.C.’s rights, title, and interest in, to and accruing under the agreement, to provide comprehensive accounting services effective March 1, 2018. (Citywide) A motion was made by Chair Richardson, seconded by Commissioner Pearce, to approve recommendation.
