1. 18-0552 Recommendation to approve the minutes of the Housing Authority of
the City of Long Beach, California Regular Meeting held Tuesday,

A motion was made by Commissioner Austin, seconded by
Commissioner Supernaw, to approve recommendation. The
motion carried by the following vote:
Yes: 6 - Supernaw, Uranga, Austin, Hudson, Tanzer and Andrews
Absent: 5 - Gonzalez, Pearce, Price, Mungo and Richardson
2. 18-0553 Recommendation to receive and file the Housing Authority Financial
and Operational Performance Report for April 2018. (Citywide)
Alison King, Deputy Executive Director, presented the staff report.
A motion was made by Commissioner Supernaw, seconded by
Commissioner Uranga, to approve recommendation. The
motion carried by the following vote:
Yes: 6 - Supernaw, Uranga, Austin, Hudson, Tanzer and Andrews
Absent: 5 - Gonzalez, Pearce, Price, Mungo and Richardson
3. 18-0554 Recommendation to adopt resolution authorizing the Assistant
Executive Director and the Deputy Executive Director to execute all
documents necessary to conduct a public hearing to review the
proposed 2019 Annual Plan, receive supporting documentation into the
record, conclude the hearing, and adopt resolution to certify the Annual
Plan. (Citywide)

A motion was made by Commissioner Supernaw, seconded by
Commissioner Uranga, to approve recommendation and adopt
Resolution No. H.A. 02-18. The motion carried by the following
vote:
Yes: 6 - Supernaw, Uranga, Austin, Hudson, Tanzer and Andrews
Absent: 5 - Gonzalez, Pearce, Price, Mungo and Richardson

4. 18-0555 Recommendation to adopt resolution authorizing the Assistant
Executive Director and the Deputy Executive Director to execute all

with the Housing and Community Investment Department of Los
Angeles, to accept funding in the amount of $1,250,000 to continue the
Housing Opportunities for Persons with Aids Program for FY
2018-2019. (Citywide)

A motion was made by Commissioner Supernaw, seconded by
Commissioner Austin, to approve recommendation and adopt
Resolution No. H.A. 03-18. The motion carried by the following
vote:
Yes: 8 - Gonzalez, Supernaw, Mungo, Uranga, Austin, Hudson,
Tanzer and Andrews
Absent: 3 - Pearce, Price and Richardson
Enactment No: H.A. 03-18
