(Citywide) Alison King, Deputy Executive Director, presented the staff report. A motion was made by Commissioner Supernaw, seconded by Commissioner Uranga, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 6 - Supernaw, Uranga, Austin, Hudson, Tanzer and Andrews Absent: 5 - Gonzalez, Pearce, Price, Mungo and Richardson 3. 18-0554 Recommendation to adopt resolution authorizing the Assistant Executive Director and the Deputy Executive Director to execute all documents necessary to conduct a public hearing to review the proposed 2019 Annual Plan, receive supporting documentation into the record, conclude the hearing, and adopt resolution to certify the Annual Plan.
