A motion was made by Commissioner Andrews, seconded by
Commissioner Supernaw, to approve recommendation. The
motion carried by the following vote:
Yes: 7 - Price, Supernaw, Andrews, Austin, Hudson, Tanzer and
Richardson
Absent: 4 - Gonzalez, Mungo, Uranga and Pearce
2. 18-0979 Recommendation to receive and file the Housing Authority Financial
and Operational Performance Report for August 2018. (Citywide)
Vice Chair Pearce and Councilwoman Gonzalez joined the meeting.
Alison King, Deputy Executive Director, presented the staff report.
Chair Richardson spoke.

A dialogue ensued between Chair Richardson and Alison King, Deputy
Executive Director.
A motion was made by Commissioner Andrews, seconded by
Commissioner Austin, to approve recommendation. The motion
carried by the following vote:
Yes: 9 - Gonzalez, Price, Supernaw, Andrews, Austin, Hudson,
Tanzer, Pearce and Richardson
Absent: 2 - Mungo and Uranga
