The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 6 - Price, Mungo, Andrews, Austin, Tanzer and Richardson Absent: 5 - Gonzalez, Supernaw, Uranga, Hudson and Pearce 2. 18-1107 Recommendation to receive and file the Housing Authority Financial and Operational Performance Report for September 2018. (Citywide) A motion was made by Commissioner Andrews, seconded by Commissioner Price, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 6 - Price, Mungo, Andrews, Austin, Tanzer and Richardson Absent: 5 - Gonzalez, Supernaw, Uranga, Hudson and Pearce 3. 18-1108 Recommendation to adopt Revised Standard Utility Allowance Schedules; and Adopt Energy Efficiency-Based Utility Allowance Schedules for New Construction Projects. Vice Chair Pearce and Councilmember Uranga joined the meeting. A motion was made by Commissioner Austin, seconded by Commissioner Mungo, to approve recommendation. (Citywide) Alison King, Deputy Executive Director, provided the staff report. A motion was made by Commissioner Andrews, seconded by Vice Chair Pearce, to approve recommendation and adopt Resolution No. H.A. 05-18. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 7 - Price, Andrews, Uranga, Austin, Tanzer, Pearce and Richardson Absent: 4 - Gonzalez, Supernaw, Mungo and Hudson Enactment No: H.A. 05-18 NEW BUSINESS (4:50 PM) There was no new business.
