The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 7 - Supernaw, Mungo, Andrews, Uranga, Tanzer, Pearce and Richardson Absent: 3 - Price, Austin and Hudson 2. 19-1010 Recommendation to receive and file the Housing Authority Financial and Operational Performance Reports for July 2019. (Citywide) A motion was made by Commissioner Andrews, seconded by Vice Chair Pearce, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 7 - Supernaw, Mungo, Andrews, Uranga, Tanzer, Pearce and Richardson Absent: 3 - Price, Austin and Hudson 3. 19-1011 Recommendation to adopt Revised Standard Utility Allowance Schedules; and Adopt Energy Efficiency-Based Utility Allowance Schedules for New Construction Projects. (Citywide) Nida Watkins, Housing Assistance Officer, spoke; and presented the staff report. Chair Richardson spoke. A motion was made by Commissioner Andrews, seconded by Chair Richardson, to approve recommendation.
