ROLL CALL (4:41 PM) Commissioners Zendejas, Price, Supernaw, Mungo, Andrews, Tanzer, Pearce Present: and Richardson Commissioners Uranga, Austin and Hudson Absent: Also present: Alison King, Deputy Executive Director; Gary Anderson, Principal Deputy City Attorney; Tamela Austin, City Clerk Specialist. REGULAR AGENDA (4:42 PM) 1. 20-0174 Recommendation to approve the minutes of the Housing Authority of the City of Long Beach, California Regular Meeting held Tuesday, February 11, 2020. OCEAN BOULEVARD THE CITY OF LONG BEACH, CIVIC CHAMBERS, 4:30 PM CALIFORNIA MINUTES A motion was made by Commissioner Supernaw, seconded by Commissioner Price, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 8 - Zendejas, Price, Supernaw, Mungo, Andrews, Tanzer, Pearce and Richardson Absent: 3 - Uranga, Austin and Hudson 2. 20-0175 Recommendation to receive and file the Housing Authority Financial and Operational Performance Reports for December 2019. (Citywide) A motion was made by Commissioner Price, seconded by Vice Chair Pearce, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 8 - Zendejas, Price, Supernaw, Mungo, Andrews, Tanzer, Pearce and Richardson Absent: 3 - Uranga, Austin and Hudson NEW BUSINESS (4:43 PM) There was no new business.
