A motion was made by Chair Richardson, seconded by
Commissioner Zendejas, to approve recommendation. The
motion carried by the following vote:
Yes: 9 - Zendejas, Price, Supernaw, Mungo, Uranga, Austin,
Tanzer, Pearce and Richardson
Absent: 2 - Andrews and Hudson
2. 20-0118 Recommendation to receive and file the Housing Authority Financial
and Operational Performance Reports for November 2019. (Citywide)
A motion was made by Commissioner Uranga, seconded by
Vice Chair Pearce, to approve recommendation. The motion
carried by the following vote:
Yes: 9 - Zendejas, Price, Supernaw, Mungo, Uranga, Austin,
Tanzer, Pearce and Richardson
Absent: 2 - Andrews and Hudson
3. 20-0119 Recommendation to receive and file the presentation of the 2019
Housing Authority Family Self-Sufficiency Graduates. (Citywide)
Alison King, Deputy Executive Director spoke; and introduced Victoria Moon
Frye, Community Program Tech.
Victoria Moon Frye, Community Program Tech, spoke; and presented the
staff report.
Allison King, Deputy Executive Director; spoke.
Chair Richardson spoke.
A motion was made by Commissioner Uranga, seconded by
Chair Richardson, to approve recommendation. The motion
carried by the following vote:

Government Code (one matter).
At 4:50 PM, the meeting recessed for a Closed Session.
At 5:15 PM, Chair Richardson reconvened the meeting.
