The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 10 - Zendejas, Price, Supernaw, Mungo, Andrews, Austin, Hudson, Tanzer, Pearce and Richardson Absent: 1 - Uranga 2. 20-0668 Recommendation to receive and file the Housing Authority Financial and Operational Performance Reports for April 2020. (Citywide) A motion was made by Commissioner Price, seconded by Commissioner Uranga, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 11 - Zendejas, Price, Supernaw, Mungo, Andrews, Uranga, Austin, Hudson, Tanzer, Pearce and Richardson 3. 20-0669 Recommendation to authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents necessary to extend the term of Lease No. 26572 between Palmroy, LLC, and the Housing Authority of the City of Long Beach, for use of the parking lot westerly adjacent to 421 East Fourth Street by the Housing Authority, to extend the current lease for parking to be co-terminus with the building lease. (Citywide) A motion was made by Commissioner Mungo, seconded by Commissioner Zendejas, to approve recommendation.
