The Parks and Recreation Commission meeting was called order by President Goldberg
at 9:04 a.m., at the El Dorado Senior Center Bridge Room. Business Operations Bureau
Manager, Stephen Scott took roll call and confirmed a quorum.

Hurley Owens spoke regarding tree removals and precautionary measures being taken
on trees that have branches in danger of falling.
Stephen Scott spoke regarding FY-17 Budget adoption.
Commissioner Comments:
Commissioner Sievers spoke regarding the condition of the turf in the Traffic Circle.
Vice President Heggeness thanked Kelly Parkins for her presentation.
President Goldberg also thanked Kelly Parkins for her presentation.

The next Parks and Recreation Commission meeting will be held on Thursday, October
20, 2016, at the El Dorado Park West Community Center, Senior Center Library located
