A motion was made by Vice Chair Zanatta, seconded by Commissioner Morales, to approve permit numbers: 16961, 16962, 16963, 16964, 16965, 76966, 16971, 16973, 17708, 17046, to pull permit numbers 16486, 17071 and 17040 for discussion and to remove the waiver for the Cambodian Coordinating Council. STUDEBAKER ROAD, 9:00 AM 5. 19-006PR Approve the proposed improvements to baseball field 6 at El Dorado West Park and Authorize the Director of Parks, Recreation and Marine to execute all documents necessary for a new Right of Entry Permit with Los Altos Youth Baseball and Softball of Long Beach, a non-profit corporation and/or its agents to facilitate the performance of the various improvements, for a period of two years with one, one-year renewal; authorize the Director to amend the scope of work as needed; and accept a donation of planning, labor and materials.
