CALL TO ORDER
The Parks and Recreation Commission meeting was called to order by Chair Heggeness at
9:01 a.m., at the El Dorado Park Senior Center.
ROLL CALL
Director Mouet took the roll call and confirmed a quorum. Commissioner Morales joined the
meeting at 9:06 a.m.
A motion was made by Chair Heggeness and seconded by
Commissioner Goldberg to excuse Vice Chair Zanatta from the
March 21, 2019, Parks and Recreation Commission Meeting. The
motion carried by the following vote:
Yes: 6 - Julie Heggeness, Margo Morales, Stella Ursua, Mariela

#17044 and 17419, for the April 18, Commission meeting. The
motion carried by the following vote:

3. 19-010PR Authorize the Director, or his or her management designee, to
