The Parks and Recreation Commission meeting was called to order by Chair Heggeness at
9:02 a.m., at the El Dorado Park West Community Center.

Director Mouet took the roll call and confirmed a quorum.
A motion was made by Commissioner Ursua and seconded by
Commissioner Goldberg to excuse Commissioner Morales and
Commissioner Salgado from the April 18, 2019, Parks and
Recreation Commission Meeting. The motion carried by the
