The Parks and Recreation Commission meeting was called to order by Chair Heggeness at
9:00 a.m., at the El Dorado Park Community Center.

Vice Chair Zanatta, to approve the April Minutes of the Parks and
Recreation Commission with correction. The motion carried by

Event in El Dorado East Regional Park, Area III, with parameters
determined by the Office of Special Events and Filming and the
Department of Parks, Recreation and Marine. (District 5). The

and/or its agents to facilitate the performance of the proposed
improvement, for a period of one year with one, one-year renewal;
authorize the Director to amend the scope of work as needed; and
accept a donation of planning, labor and materials. (District 4)
