A motion was made by Commissioner Goldberg, seconded by Vice Chair Zanatta, to approve the April Minutes of the Parks and Recreation Commission with correction. MAINTENANCE & INFRASTRUCTURE COMMITTEE David Zanatta - Chair Vice Chair Zanatta provided the update. Discussed Gumbiner Park and funding for infrastructure. Commissioner Morales spoke. MARKETING & RECREATION COMMITTEE Margo Morales - Chair Commissioner Morales informed the Commission that the committee did not meet. PARKS USAGE & REGULATIONS COMMITTEE Mariela Salgado - Chair Commissioner Salgado provided the update. Discussed strengthening partnerships for park usage. PUBLIC COMMENT Opportunity is given to those members of the public who would like to address the Parks and Recreation Commission on non-agenda items. Each speaker is limited to three minutes unless extended by the Parks and Recreation Commission. The Brown Act prohibits members of the Commission from responding to public comment on non-agenda items.
