The Parks and Recreation Commission meeting was called to order by Vice Chair Zanatta at
9:04 a.m., at the El Dorado Park Senior Center.

A motion was made by Commissioner Ben Goldberg and seconded by Stella Ursua to
excuse Chair Heggeness from the August 15, 2019, Parks and Recreation Commission

and denied Special Event Application #20-10539 of Bill Grisolia,
dba the Long Beach Blues Society, a California non-profit
organization, for operation of the New Blues Festival in El
Dorado East Regional Park Area III.
